At-line FTIR Analyser - Modem AS200Main features![]() Cell & Optical fiberAS200 Spot sampler
Processing
The architecture is designed around PC hardware and Windows ™ operating system.. The front panel keyboard and graphic displays allow the users to change, modify or edit locally the analyzer and calibration parameters.
The friendliness of the maintenance graphic display allows full
visibility of flow sheet and offers fast learning. Two levels of Data Interchanges to Customer Maintenance Acquisition System and Lab benchtop Inter Spectrometer supported by Data Highway are provided. Crude-oil
sampling is manually operated using the ISOSAMPLER 1500 or auto processed by the
ISOSAMPLE 5100 to draw under pressure the sample into a floating piston
cylinder. Sample collected is kept under pressure during homogenization, sub
sampling and analysis at 35°C into the FTIR optical cell. This technology is
specified by ISO 3170/71 as the best method giving analytical results that agree
closely with on line analysis for split phase products. isosample 5100
Bitumen and residues
are auto sampled by the ISOSAMPLE B10 and continuously diluted at constant ratio
in Toluene in order to keep the resulting sample pour-point below ambient
temperature even for heavier vacuum residues. Manual sub sampling is achieved at
ambient temperature for safe and simplified procedure and analysis into the FTIR
optical cell operated at 35°C is resulting in spectra representing molecular
structure of the mixture. isosample 1500
Lube-oil is auto sampled by ISOSAMPLE B10 without dilution and sub sampled in optical cell for analysis at 35+C. isosample B10 Increase margin from heavy products*The
at line FTIR analysis is mainly dedicated to crude oil identification /
characterization, lube-oil and residual materials such as fuel-oil, bitumen and
residue. Main applications
